Review Milano Design Week 2017: Abet laminates for Delta Light at Palazzo Crivelli.

4/21/17 - Placed in Exhibitions

Delta Light built a temporary installation in the Brera Design District, right in the heart of Milan. The famous Palazzo Crivelli was the unique backdrop of this captivating and inspiring scenography. Abet Laminati was involved in the realization of this project with a decor of the Metalli collection used for the exterior parts of the compartments of the installation: the mirroring surface reflects the theatricality of the historical building and the garden in which the compartments are set up. Some furniture inside the installation were characterized by the revolutionary Polaris collection – the ultra-mat surface, smooth and velvety to the touch, highly resistant to scratches and heat, anti-fingerprint.

The Delta Light installation referred to the powerful impact and emotion light can bring, on its own or in combination with other materials and shapes. In addition to in-house designed collections, Delta Light also presented collaborative projects with iconic architect office OMA, award-winning lighting designer Dean Skira, and multi-disciplinary artist Arik Levy.
